That's not so. The correct statement is "most ISP's don't know any
better". Remember that BIND and some dns packages come prepackaged with
the USG root. Few ISP's even understand this. But we have noticed that
as our users complain - ISP's are swithing, mainly small one - but we have
the momentum.
And next year I expect thousands of tlds within the ORSC root.
