Actually, they shouldn't :)
We only delete domain registered in error within 2 days of their creation.
Disputes will not normally fall under this category.
Deleting disputed domains makes no sense. Simply change the owner to the
compliantant and give them the login/password.
Deleting the domain would just make more work for lawyers...
