In fact there are UDRP cases were the decision is deletion of the
domain name and not transfer. Bodacious-tatas.com comes to mind. The
Complainant only wanted it to disappear, not to have it, for obvious
reasons to most readers of this list (not to the WIPO-panelist, see
the site for more).
So OpenSRS should be prepared for an occasional deletion order under
the UDRP after perhaps many months, even years...
