For all intents and purposes, the administrative contact is GOD as far as
the domain is concerned. They have complete control to modify, transfer,
and update the domain.

Subject: Which rights does the Administrative Contact have?

Hello,

Which rights does the Administrative Contact have? With German domains
(.DE), the Administrative Contact has the right to do nearly anything
with the domain, including transfer and deletion.

Is it the same with COM/NET/ORG domains (at OpenSRS)? Or is the A.C.
just - as the name says - an Administrative Person?

Thanks,Florian
