We're working on ways to make our database more accurate on this front. It
should soon say 'Completed' once a domain is registered, within 24 hours of
the registration. Cancelled is a little tricker, since we aren't notified of
cancelations. We're working on something to help out with this....but we're
working on a lot of things.

There will soon (very soon; this one's tested already) be a feature that
will allow you to resend the important information to your clients so that
they can go and jump hoops.

The password will be required for 'critical' changes, although the manage
domain interface will still be used. For critical changes the admin contact
will be email, and will need to put their Registrant number and secret
password on to a web page. At the moment, critical changes are:

a) Registrant Name
b) Registrant Legal Type
c) Any admin contact change
