I support this. We have to be able to check our domains even when
crsnic is down, because we do not need crsnic for domains registered
with opensrs. Also with expired and reregistered domains the present
system is unneccesarily behind reality. Sometimes for some two days.
Let it be always really live for those who query it. Why else have a
live whois?
If there are reasons to let people query crsnic first, why not offer
it as an *option*?
