I charge everyone GST, as I am doing business in Canada, and OpenSRS charges *me* GST
for every dollar I spend with them (.ca, .com doesn;t matter). I refer americans to the
CCRA website for info on getting rebates, although I'm actually not too sure if they
even can get a rebate.
