If you are a Canadian RSP, you are charged GST when moneys are entered
into your account.  Any transaction processed after this fact already have
GST accounted for.  If you as an individual purchase a domain from an
American company, you are not charged the GST as the transcation was
placed outside of Canadian jurisdiction.  Internet tax magic...
