No, you are a service provider.  There are similarities to a reseller
relationship, but there are also limitations imposed by both the
agreements and situations.

If you were a reseller, and you were selling aftermarket domains, then
this might be an appropriate line of discussion.  But since you are
not in the business of registering and purchasing domains in your own
name and then reselling them to others after the act, this entire
portion of the discussion is moot.
