I know this isn't the forum to discuss this, but the fact is that
expired/de-activated domains should be released, and if I want to register that
name for $10 with OpenSRS, I should be at liberty to do so.

This seems to me to be an example of NSI using their priveledged position to an
unfair advantage.

BTW - what happens to domains expired/de-activated by other registrars, e.g.
OpenSRS - can they be held for resale by that registrar as well, or do they have
to be released completely?

Adrian Cooper.
