Since it's a rather lengthy and manual process, we request that RSP to RSP
transfers are done only if it is absolutely imperative. Automated
transfers are still on the slate, but have been bumped due to other
projects - Scott Allan is in charge of scheduling feature releases and is
well aware of the requests posted to this list :)
