Hi Charles ...?

Don't you think it should be made simple. Sending fax for domain may not be
practical specially the domain owner resides overseas like India.... (In my
case)

1) For example suppose I registered my domain for let's say 20 USD. Now Why
I should not be able to renew my own domain in just 1 DRY (USD 10)

2) Alternatively if suppose some of the customers may not be satisfied with
the existing RSP, don't you think they should be allowed to move to the
better service/ price vendor.

Thanks & Best Regards
