The owner of the domain is whoever is listed as the Registrant in the WHOIS
database... otherwise I could take control of a fair few domains, just be
going to the NetSol online payment page and paying for various domains that
were due for renewal at random.

Hey I paid the renewal fee, so it must belong to me...
