Well, wholistically speaking, nothing *automatic*.

We will likely restrict transfers within the first 60 days, which will 
reduce (but not eliminate) chargebacks. It is important to note the RSP 
does assume the risk of collecting payment from the end user. If there is a 
chronic or significant chargeback issue, compliance will look at it and may 
take steps to have the end user provide proof of payment. It does need to 
be clear that RSPs should have anti-chargeback measures in place; it has 
been debated many times, and it is clear that with the right checks in 
place, you can lower your level of risk to a manageable level.
