I still question the need for a fax, why not simply send a confirmation
email, and pretend (To the end user) that it's just like any registrar ->
RSP transfer, rather then harassing the customer that little bit extra for
choosing another RSP after having a bad experience with the first one.

Like I said earlier...  It is easier to transfer to another registrar
(OpenSRS and all RSPs suffer from a potential lack of business) then it is
to stay with OpenSRS and transfer to another RSP.

This is surprisingly NetSol like, where it's more hassle to stay a customer
then to leave, at least in this one circumstance.

Time to get off my high horse, stop complaining, sit back and relax I
suppose, I doubt anything will change based on this conversation.
