be held up in court <shrug>

I think it's necessary to get confirmation from all parties concerned -
someone may be trying to transfer their domain to a different RSP in order
to avoid payment etc.

If an RSP is being obstructive for no reason, report it to the Compliance
dept of OpenSRS...

Wouldn't a quick "Click here to confirm" email to the administrative contact
do the job?  Personally, I can forge a fax a LOT easier then I can guess at
a 5 digit authorization code sent by email to someone else.

Thats just me though.
