NSI is telling people who ask that changes could take weeks to be
processed, unless you pay a fee for expidited service.  Sheesh.

You can transfer the domain (takes 5 business days usually) and then
once the transfer is complete login to the web interface of the
OpenSRS service provider and make the necessary change to the
nameserver.  Still faster than waiting on NSI.
