The IPs for nameservers are controlled by the registry. If you change the
IP for a nameserver host, ALL the domains associated therein will pick up on
the change automagically.
This isn't a matter of just doing a change to the A record for the DNS host.
You must alter the name server host entry - this is done (for an OpenSRS
based domain/name server host) via http://manage.opensrs.net - go to "Name
Servers", and at the bottom is an option to "Change/Modify name servers
based on this domain"
If the domain that has the nameserver host associated with it is registered
via another Registrar, you must contact them to alter the host entry.
