RSP to RSP transfers

When I joined OpenSRS as an RSP I started with some affiliates.
One of those is getting too big now (issues with payments etc), and I
proposed to set them up on their own profile. Can OpenSRS change a whole
bunch of my domains to another profile (without need for the domainowners to
'transfer' or approve something. Is yes, how ? If no, why not ?
It would make my life a whole lot easier...
