Hello easygoing,

I object even if they grandfather in existing registrations, and only
apply these rules to new registrations.  Changing the rules in such a
major way midstream is likely to cause mass consumer confusion, and is
blatantly unfair and absolutely inappropriate.

If they want to create a restricted TLD for non-profits, then create a
new one, don't do this to an existing TLD after so much time.  If they
want to create a TLD where commercial activity is not permitted, then
do that too, don't try and turn an unrestricted TLD into that.
