Well, if we're going to allow bulk transfers for domains that will have
different registrant you're going to have to enter all the information for
the registrant anyway.  We do not parse contact information from the whois
- only the Administrative email address for verification.

It's not much of a 'bulk' transfer if you have to go through each order
and enter different information.  I will ask around to discover the
feasability of populating the order from whois data - but that tends to
get extremely messy (especially with a kabillion registrars, and no whois
format standard - maybe I should write an draft for the IETF on this
one... - oh wait, it's done *EPP!*).
