OpenSRS has no choice but to sell this information to
anybody willing to pay the fee.  It's part of the rules of
being a registrar.  

Guess what...Network Solutions sells theirs, too.

Plus, WHOIS is freely available to anybody who wants it.

This is **NOT** an OpenSRS issue.  It has to do with how
the registration system was set up by ICANN.  OpenSRS
must play by the rules.
