Once again, these questions rears their ugly heads.

A customer of ours has the domain friendlywebdesign.com registered with
Fasthosts (you listening?) which he wants to change to be with WebWorlds.Net.
I have explained to him that if he gets the user name and password he can change
the name server, etc. And he has asked OpenSRS to change the RSP to us.

I believe the latter has happened, but don't know how to confirm this?

Also, when he asked for the user name and password, he was told *BY OPENSRS*:
"Opensrs doesn't require that you have a password to transfer the domain to
 another Reseller -->http://www.opensrs.org/Support_FAQ.shtml#Live_reseller_domain_move
 This can all be done through the admin email."

This may be true, but the point is that Fasthosts are obligated to give up the
password when asked to, as previously discussed on this group. So why are
OpenSRS support staff giving out this information?

** rant on **
What is the deal with this? When will OpenSRS actually define a proper working
structure for transfer of domains between RSPs without us all having to make our
customers think we are bunch of useless tossers.
** rant off **

That'd be nice.
