Is this correct ? Opensrs ?
The reason I ask, is that we have recently become an RSP, and prior to that,
we registered via another RSP. When we asked them for the usernames and
passwords of our gTLDs registered via them, they initially agreed, but
subsequently claimed that it was impossible.
A month or so of email with their tech support people culminated in me
giving them step by step instructions on how to send us the username and
password using http://resellers.opensrs.net (we are the admin contact for
all the names in question).
They never replied. And 6 weeks later we still do not have our usernames and
passwords.
So do they have an obligation to give us our usernames and passwords ?
