register.com won't transfer a name

Sorry to resend if anyone already got this but I never saw any responses.

I have tried to transfer a domain 2ce for a customer from register.com but
it never happens. The customer sent me the confirming link so I know it was
sent thru the system.

Any ideas how to solve this?
