Just an observation:
I have called NSI just 2 weeks ago on a domain they let expire on 3/15 even
though they cashed our check on 2/28 - first thing they did was to OFFER A
REFUND CHECK - we have been receiving refund checks out of NSI for some time
now - just ask for a refund - they will send it.
cheers
