i take offence to that one. ;)~
i wont speak for any other support folks here at OpenSRS, but I personally
try and respond to everything timely and appropriatelty ( though its
harder when there are 700 tickets to go thru ). but thats another
discussion! ;)
Ashish, please email me off-list with the the 2-3 issues you
mentioned in your email!
And if you still have the ticket numbers that were assigned to your
messages, send those as well and I will see if I can track down what
happened to them!
