I've had no problems with their phone support... I usually explain the
problem to the first level tech (and 90% of the time get immediately
transferred to second level, the other 10%, the tech tries to solve it but
always ends up putting me through to second level support).

Anyways, 5-10 minutes on the phone with the support people usually gets me
the answer I need.
