I got the domain offlist.  Basically due to a race condition (which is rare)
the domain was registered but the process didn't complete (the command got
to the registry agent/RA, but a response didn't come back - order created
and processed, but not charged for so it's in an incomplete state).

I'm getting this fixed, it DOES happen from time to time (i.e. NSI registry
does not respond, even though they received the registration request, or
responds well past the timeout of 120 seconds, etc).
