We're going to fix this - last updated/last modified are two different
things. When you query a domain we check to ensure all the "bits"
(nameservers, status, owner, etc) are in place. This tags the updated bit
(for whatever reason) which alters the "Last Updated" field.
BTW - we're no longer using MySQL for our backend (since September 2000)
but the functionality's the same.
