Just so we're on the same wavelength for this message, I will assume that
SLD.BIZ (your "only one .BIZ Name Space") refers to the .biz you've been
marketing.

Well, the only .biz name space that is *valid* is the .biz being marketed
by the Neulevel registry.
The only nameservers that will be confused between the two name spaces are
the ones you've managed to bribe or otherwise convince to carry your TLD.

A dual registry would be interesting. Who governs it? Why would you want
that and not a single registry with redundant equipment? What happens
when the two registries disagree?
Basically, there is good reason to have one body governing a single TLD.
This model has not (to my knowledge) been broken with any other TLD, and
for good reason. There is too much at stake for there to be any
in-fighting.
The .biz authorized by ICANN and the US Gov't, and run and marketed by the
Neulevel Registry is the only one that is authorized. If your .biz
interferes with the functionality of the Neulevel .biz, you will likely be
open to many lawsuits (and possibly criminal charges), similar to what
Kashpureff faced in 1997 with the hi-jacking of root servers.

Jim, it's pretty lame to reference your own posts that *look* like they
might be sanctioned by an authoritative entity, such as the IETF. It
would really be great if you could come up with something original soon --
perhaps an actual message rather than a list of links to other messages
with lists of links.

Yes, under Neulevel's leadership. Just wait until you sell someone a .biz
with the understanding that it would be globally resolvable. Then they
find out that you're not registering under the "real" .biz registry, but
your own and file suit against you. They also get the prosecutor's office
involved claiming you fraudulently sold them the product.

One company has been awarded the contract to handle the registry for
.biz. That company is Neulevel. Your company has no claim to it, except

Let me reiterate: you're not going to win this one, Jim. You don't stand
a chance. From one individual to another, just give it up. You've fought
the fight and made your point.

You might make him itch a little for a while but soon enough he'll squash
you without a second thought.
