I'm not sure if this is all bad - they probably have it stated in their
contracts that all domains go on lock.  They don't even DO anything
(NAC/ACK), the registry rules prevent locked domains from transfering
(doesn't even GET to the registrar).

Since they also give the registrant full control over unlocking their
domains, well.... the most you can say is devious
