Isn't it strange how these things work sometimes?  I've had exactly
the opposite experience with them.  Whenever they had a problem with a
submission, I've always gotten a call the same day and usually had the
certificate by the close of business.

I guess, as with most businesses, the odds catch up with them.

I do know they are changing the way bulk/partner accounts are handled
right now.

Speaking of SSL certs, has anyone checked out
