Ooops, my statement was not 100% correct. It will work if the *default* server is of the same domain in the cert. What doesn't work is namebased vhosts that have different domains. but if you get a wildcard cert and all hosts are in the same domain and it's the default server then it should work. Also, you can probably get name based hosting to work with ssl if you put each one on a separate port, but some of your visitors behind firewalls may not be able to get to you... regards, -joe
