I am in a little late on this thread...but just want to confirm that Kai is
correct.
If a domain (to be pre-registered in Landrush) was already submitted to the
Sunrise Period, then it is not be available for pre-registration in the
Landrush Period.
However, if it has not been registered in the Sunrise Period, Tucows WILL be
accepting duplicate registrations for a single domain from resellers. For
example each reseller may submit only one pre-registration for
rickbaraniuk.info (I suggest getting it now...I hear demand is very high :))
An individual reseller will only be able to submit a single pre-registration
for rickbaraniuk.info to the Tucows queue. If Tucows receives 20 different
reseller submissions for the same name, then we will run a random selection
process and select a single pre-regsistration to submit to the Afilias
queue.

if you attempt to register a domain in Landrush which was already
reserved for Sunrise, it's taken.
