I cannot comment on that until we hear official word from Afilias. I really
do not think that they will reject names. Their stance since day #1 has
been that they are not policing the pre-registrations to ensure legit
registrations, thus I think that they will not alter their decision on this.
(however we all know how frequently the registries have been changing their
minds)
So as of now - assume that any pre-reg submitted during sunrise will block a
landrush pre-reg.

The question remains, if a domain was submitted under Sunrise with
fraudulent trademark data, and the registration is ultimately rejected by
Afilias (it is as yet unclear to me whether or not this will happen), will
it then become available for landrush, and what about all those potential
customers who missed pre-registering it during the time it was not
