That's not an acceptable answer!
1 of the domains I had with NetSol, (waay back when), I never got a payment/renewal
notice, and they promptly "took" the domain
back.
They glady handed it over after I sent them payment $35+handling fee.
Why as OpenSRS resellers would we not have the ability to do this? If we do not, then
this issue should be addressed.
