re ns expired domain

Howdy wondering if someone can tell me I have a client who tried to transfer a domain in June from net solution to us. The process did not work and the domain expired at net sol .....the customer wanted to wait until it was released and re do the registration through our company. its now aug 14 and 60 days after expire when would net solutions be releasing or is there something we can do to speed the process up....... the who is at net solutions still shows the clients as owning but having expired June 14 2001 [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.Solution-Link.com A Whatever Computes Ltd.
