Pardon a dumb question from a newbie, .. but I thought the UID/PW was 
required to manage the domain. If the UID/PW is supposed to go to the 
domain owner, how does the RSP access the domain? Are we supposed to keep a 
copy of EACH UID/PW we assign? That would be a NIGHTMARE!!

At least at NetSol, a fax *can* be used, .. albiet with the threat of 
lawsuit if it is done illegally (vis-a-vie sex.com - a lawsuit which lasted 
10 years and was finally resolved this year in favor of the original owner).
