It's two hours later (based on the timestamp of your message), and I'm
still getting the following when trying to access the *live* RWI:

"Our test environments is offline for a registry imposed maintainance
window beginning on Saturday August 25, 2001 21:00 PM EDT. 
The estimated length of this downtime is 4 hours. 
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you."

I wonder if emergency support really is looking into it....
