When was it announced? I went back through all the "Live Reseller Update"
messages this month and (unless I'm being stupid) there is no mention of
it. The only maintenance window announced was in the 08/15/01 message,
and that was for horizon (only) on Aug 22.
Also, last time this kind of confusion came up, it was promised that in
future a message would be sent out to the resellers list just before the
system was taken offline. Was that idea abandoned?
