I get the live reseller notices direct to my mail box, and I don't
remember seeing anything mentioning the *live* environment planned outage.

The lack of advance warning plus the fact that the message at the website
was wrong (it stated only the *test* environment was offline) led us to
think there was a greater problem so we e-mailed emergency support.  Even
emergency support didn't know about the planned outage of the live system.
