The language is a bit confusing for my tired brain.  I think one of your
"outs" should be an "in".
Default should be no names in the list, unless the domain owner chooses to
opt in.  I'll guess a very small number of people would choose to be on that
list.


Better yet, don't even sell them.  It's absurd that they sell these lists.

Now if we could just get Tucow's to convince the Chinese government to pull
it's troops out of Tibet, and recognize the Independent status of Tibet.
If they do that, i'll do something real special for all Tucow's employees.
