Jim,

Short form:  Yes, CIRA's nuts.  In our experience they will give you more
than 7 days, but you have to move quickly on it.  Basically their system
flags names - if Registrant and Legal Type don't match their peculiar
reg_exp, then the domain is marked as suspicious.

As for viewing the legal type... I'll let Ken answer that (I don't know, and
he's not near me to ask *heh*)
