* i need to be able to update contact information once, in
one place and have it cascaded through all records that
have that contact.
* when NSI or another registrar deny a transfer due to
missing the three-day window, it would be cool if the
transfer request could be initiated again from the pending
or cancelled orders queue, rather than having to collate
the info and paste it into the transfer form again. maybe
this is already available somehow and i've missed it..
