I totally agree with the idea to be able to resubmit an order that has
failed, but since it has to exist the best way to do this is to use the
order_id of the failed order. It will populate the registration templates
with the info from the failed order ( as always do a quick sanity check
:) , but heck, its better than nothing!
( just cut and paste the failed_order_id into the Order_Id box at the top
of the page in the Place Transfers Manually section of the RWI -- youll see what
I mean ).
