After discussing this with Scott Allan, I want to make sure everyone
understands that I was referring to pre-registration only.
When we start building our .info list on Sept. 20, you will need to have
money in your account to cover all of your .info orders. If you do not
have the money available, we will take the oldest orders first until
your account runs out.
.biz is more forgiving. You will not have to cover the registration cost
until after the registrations are processed.
