Hi Robert,
Surely you've seen FAQ#8 which states that Tucows will put money on-hold,
"just prior" to submission. Further, if the money must be available, "before
they are sent." See below. This is direct contridiction to your statement that
we're only charged if successful. Actually, we get refund if you're NOT
successful.
Perhaps Tucows policy has changed. Please confirm to all. This is why we need
to see the results of the Preminuum de-dupe BEFORE it's too late to submit
elsewhere or even in the general queue. Anything de-duped out will regain
funds that can be used elsewhere (I realize that the funds are taken only
after the de-dupe, yet they must be available to avoid "pending" status).
Best, Loren

Landrush?
>>Tucows will begin to put resellers' money on hold on September 11, 2001,
just prior to sending the domain names to Afilias. Resellers must ensure that
they have sufficient funds in their accounts to cover all .info Landrush
pre-registrations before those pre-registrations will be sent to the registry,
otherwise the names will be placed on "Pending" status. Resellers will have to
top up the accounts and remove the names from "Pending" status before they are
sent to the Registry.

I'm afraid you are incorrect. These are the two relevant questions in
