OpenSRS .info/.biz deadlines

With all that's been said on this list and elsewhere, it would be nice if 
someone from OpenSRS would post a "these are the current deadlines" 
message. (or "look here: url")

The .info timeline graphic announced in the reseller update shows 4 PM 9/19 
(today) as the deadline.

The .biz timeline graphic shows yesterday at midnight.

Neither of the graphics give a "last updated" time.

Afilias and Neulevel both show Friday, 9/21.  (Obviously OpenSRS needs a 
couple days to prepare, but still...)
