if they are stuck in Pending Owner Approval thet havent gotten past the
approval process from the domain owner - they havent even gone to Netsol.
You need to contact the owner and make sure they respond to the email they
were sent from OpenSRS to validate the transfer. After that it goes to
OpenSRS review -> Netsol -> bin
